Cables off and spring broken in Knoxville TN

Customer in Knoxville had called and said their garage would only go up partially and would come back down. That is typically indicative of a broken spring. We were able to go by and see what was going on and sure enough that was the case. We were able to do a spring replacement and set the cables back on the drum. It was a same day repair and they were back up operating in no time. Customer was happy that their garage door was operating smoothly.
